the breakfast was really nice. the staff were great and attentive.
The room was clean, but it lacked personality. Maybe a picture on the wall would help. the bathroom was a great size, but there was only a tiny amount of shower gel and shampoo. housekeeping should ensure supplies are topped up when cleaning the room. i mentioned it at reception, and they offered to bring some, but it was a bit late when already showering.

the room was large and the bed was comfortable. the breakfast had many options to choose from. i appreciated the view from the room on the upper floor. the staff offered quick assistance with my requests.

great location mountain view helpful staff
the location is excellent , close to the train station and city center. i particularly enjoyed the mountain view from my room. the staff was always helpful and ready with a smile , they quickly accommodated my requests.
the bar experience was a bit different , the bartender seemed a little grumpy.
